Jane has received kitchen and bathroom design awards from the NKBA and NARI and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).
40 Years In Construction
Bob began as a carpenter and has spent four decades in residential construction, including custom homes, additions and extensive kitchen, bath and interior remodeling.
Jane Regan
After Bob and Jane built their own 5,000-square-foot home on the northern California coast, Jane found her calling as a designer. She attended Canada College in San Mateo, California, for her design education and brought project-management experience from her years working in tech.
Jane holds an Oregon Contractor’s License and has received design awards for kitchens and bathrooms from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). She is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).
Her approach is to take clients through their own design journey while keeping budget and quality on point.

Bob Regan
Bob has worked in the construction industry for 40 years, beginning as a carpenter. He obtained his Contractor’s License in 1998 to build his own home and has since worked as a self-employed contractor.
His experience includes custom homes, floor and room additions, and extensive interior, kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He has achieved master carpenter status and is also an accomplished plumber and electrician.
That broad hands-on background helps HBI approach remodeling as one coordinated project rather than a collection of disconnected trades.

Bob and Jane have called Oregon home since 2019 and enjoy being part of the Troutdale and greater Portland-area community.
Bob enjoys skiing and hiking. Jane enjoys summer swimming, rafting and singing with the Sandy River Threshold Singers. Together they enjoy the Portland food scene and exploring Oregon’s natural spaces.
