Willow Lakey is the newest employee at HBI. She graduated from the University of Oregon in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Sociology. She spent some time figuring out her next steps, which led her to pursue a lifelong passion of Interior Design. Currently Willow attends Heritage School of Interior Design in Portland while working with Jane. Her career goal is to enter the world of Residential Interior Design in the future with the knowledge she gains both professionally and from her technical schooling.

Bob and Jane Regan live in Troutdale, OR. They have worked together for over 25 years as general contractors and design partners. From ground up new homes to simple accessible bath updates, their extensive professional background is a great benefit to their clients. After building their own 5,000 sf home on the northern California coast, Jane found her calling as a designer.

An award-winning designer, Jane attended Canada College in San Mateo, CA, to achieve her design education, and brings with her a wealth of project management skills from her years working in tech. She currently holds her Contractor’s License from the State of Oregon. She has received design awards for her baths and kitchens from the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) and NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). In addition, she is a Certified Aging in Place (CAPS). Jane enjoys taking her clients on their own design journey, while keeping budget and quality on point.

Bob has worked in the construction industry for 40 years, starting out as a carpenter. He obtained his Contractor’s License in 1998 to build his own home. He has since been self employed as a contractor, built custom homes, many floor or room additions, and of course remodeled many, many interiors, kitchens and baths. He has achieved master carpenter status and is also an accomplished plumber and electrician.
They both thoroughly enjoy living in Oregon (since 2019). Bob is a skier and hiker, and Jane enjoys the summer swimming weather, rafting, and singing with the Sandy River Threshold Singers. They love the Portland food scene and enjoy exploring all the amazing natural wonders of the state.
