Each remodeling job is so unique!  This story is about a couple who have a lovely home in the Monterey Heights section of San Francisco. A stately, impressive home had a completely old fashioned, dated, poorly designed bath with a non functional shower stall that had molded looked just awful.  But we saw POSSIBILITIES!  A minor adjustment of moving the toilet, then getting rid of the barely usable linen closet allowed us to install a new, accessible, curbless shower some really effective cabinet storage.

Additional construction issues also addressed the lack of hot water, pressure drainage issues in the whole bathroom.  We resolved this by adding an in line water heater in the attic above the bath. Cleaning out the waste from years of use also helped with the drainage issue.  Putting in a Brizo Thermostatic Valve a Dawn linear drain completed the re-design. classic design completed the transformation.  We used all Brizo plumbing, a skirted Toto toilet, recessed Robern Chest with Electric inside to house the electric toothbrushes, new lighting all around, Daltile wood look flooring, with a porcelain field tile glass accent. Cabinetry in Cherry with a Morel stain is from Dura Supreme. Our clients, while not Senior’s just yet, did have mobility issues that required a curb-less shower, seat addition of a h shower.  What a difference in the bathing experience, from a 30x30x86″ stall shower to a 55x36x102″ full size,, fully tiled space. We can do the same for you!  Whether it’s accessibility, space constraints, storage solutions or just looks, we work with you to achieve the exact results you expect, more!
